Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. Here is what you can expect in a Yoga therapy session: * 1:1 Guidance from expert Yoga therapist (me!) * Identify Challenges & Goals * Discuss Initial Recommendations * Receive Personalized Therapeutic plan Yoga therapy is a holistic model that looks at the whole person, because YOU are inherently whole just as you are! Yoga therapy can help you: * Learn how to manage chronic and persistent pain * Address your patterns and learn how to move with better function * Manage stress & anxiety and learn how to self-regulate The nervous system loves habits and new habits take time to develop and sink it. . This is why I recommend booking 3 sessions to start. During your initial session, a progressive strategy will be determined to help articulate client goals, evaluate the baseline, and help clients move towards optimum function and wellness. During the course of our work together, we will always come back to your goals modifying your plan as needed. I believe in a client-centered approach and want to help you develop a meaningful & effective practice. Initial intake sessions are 75-minutes long and follow up appointments are 60-minutes. Yoga therapy packages are available for purchase.
