If you've been coming to my classes, you know how much I appreciate foot functionality. From finding your foundation in Yoga poses to picking functional footwear, foot health is important and can help improve other misalignments in your body. In other words: If your foundation is off, chances are something else in the structure is off, too. In this 4-week Yoga therapy series, I will lead a group in exploring different ways to stretch, strengthen, and improve our feet and gait. You will walk away, pun intended, feeling more connected and aware of your feet! Here is what you will get from me: ° 4 60-minute live sessions. If you cannot attend live, you can catch up via recording ° Daily Yoga therapy practice, for a progressive approach to foot function ° My expertise and attention. I am limiting this series to 8-participants to ensure every participant can be seen and heard. What each participant will need to complete to participate: ° Intake form sent via Google Doc ° Each participant will email me 2-photos of their feet + a 60-second video of their natural gait, prior to the first session. This is a virtual offering and I want to make sure I can provide each participant an opportunity to gain knowledge tailored to their unique feet ° You will need 1 resistance band, a set of Yoga Tune Up Therapy balls, 1 thick rubber band, a Yoga blanket, and a set of Yoga blocks. This series is for you if you have bunions, flat feet, fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, tight calves, hamstrings, knee discomfort/pain, hip pain, etc. Your feet are your foundation.
